Perhaps the most notorious Tremere in a city plagued by notorious Tremere, Arliss Khavkin openly admits to having destroyed more of his own bloodline than any other menace that ever plagued the city. Unrepentant, Arliss flaunted his arrogance and power by claiming the throne in the fall of 1999 and then immediately departing the city to join the Sabbat. Never captured and never cowed, Arliss Khavkin toyed with the city and the administration until taking his leave to pursue Caine knows what torment in Russia.
