Togashi of Clan Tremere

Togashi hails from Leningrad via Vienna. Rumour has it he was victim of some minor indiscretion while in the Russias and was sent to Vienna for punishment. After his punitive detainment in the main Tremere Chantry he was reassigned to Atlanta to assist local Tremere on an errand that was resolved before he arrived. At loose ends, and with no immediate way to get back in his House's good graces, he has stayed and become a solid member of the Atlanta Chantry's Research Division.

Recently, Togashi has disappeared, but his clan appears not to have noticed his disappearance leading persons to believe he simply returned to Vienna.
