A strange Shadow Priest appeared before Prince Fontage, claiming that he had been sent by his Master from the depths beneath the streets. The Shadow Priest declared that all chambers and passages below the streets of Atlanta were his Master's Domain and that the Nosferatu of Atlanta were trespassing. The Shadow Priest further proclaimed that any vampires caught trespassing would be killed. In exchange for the Prince keeping all of her subjects out of the labyrinth, the Shadow Priest vowed that all of his subjects would stay below ground.

Luther Simons, the Tzimisce Antitribu, is destroyed on what was allegedly a mission to capture a Sabbat, but was actually a masterful plan to lure Luther to his doom. Several of Luther's allies that were present flee the scene and none of the assassins are captured, destroyed or identified.
