Urban Renewal

Looks like somebody is taking a personal interest in redecorating Underground Atlanta. I love a city where you can hijack your own multi-ton construction equipment and just start digging under the foundations of buildings. Yep, somebody with more power than brains obviously didn't get enough time in the sandbox as a kid.
